Premier Consulting Services conducts a number of in-house developed training courses and short-course tutorials. Based on client needs, PCS can custom tailor a course to fit specific interests or participant background level/experience. These courses can be taught at a plant site, at the corporate office, or at a Premier Consulting Services office.
Training and Competency Assessment
International standards and Regulatory Agencies require that the organizations and the personnel involved in the safe operation of the plant demonstrate and document their competency for the activities for which they are accountable.
Regularly scheduled courses include:
- P001D - Safety Instrumented and Critical Control Systems
- P002D Evaluation, Assessment and Design of Safety and Critical Control Systems
- P01SD SIL assignment techniques.
- P01RD SRS- Safety Requirements Specification Development.
- P003D QRA- A primer on Fault Tree Analysis and SIL Verification.
Courses can be tailored to customer needs and are conducted either at an Invensys-PCS facility or at a customer site.
